Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions must be requested in writing:

  • Using the slip on the right hand side of your prescription or via a letter to the surgery. You may drop this in by hand to the surgery, post it to us (remember to enclose a SAE if you would like it returned by post),
  • Using our SystmOnline facility via the link at the top of this page. Please visit the surgery with photographic proof of identity and a receptionist will be able to provide you with your personal username and password.
  • Via AccuRx online

Please note, requests for repeat medication made via our email address will no longer be accepted.

If you have a nominated pharmacy, your prescription will automatically be sent there.

If you do not have a nominated pharmacy please contact the surgery and we will arrange this for you.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Questions About Your Prescription Or Medication

If you have any queries with regard to your medication, please contact the surgery on 020 8504 7364 and select option 2. Your local pharmacists can also answer queries about your medication / prescriptions. Pharmacists are trained experts in the use of medicines. For many questions regarding your medication you’ll find your pharmacy a valuable source of information.
